The goal of this lesson is for the student to develop a wiki site on future technology in the classroom that will be shared throughout the course.
Lesson Activity
In this lesson, you will build your own wiki on future technology in the classroom. This technology could be at any education level or in a corporate setting as well. Twenty percent of your grade for this class will be to spend time researching future technology and adding the information that you find to your wiki.
Knowledge and Skills
Students will learn how to use a wiki for collaboration and as a way to capture knowledge on a subject.
Instructions:
Before you begin you will need to set up a wikispace page at: www,spaces.com
Name your page like this: LASTNAMEtechnologywIki (example: ERVINtechnologywiki)
After you set up your wiki, visit and read the Getting Started page
Research the topic and post at least two items on your wiki each week. These could be your thoughts on articles, videos you have found or anything else you and your classmates may find interesting
